The useful question is not which job appears on a type list, but how much autonomy, complexity, long-term impact, and useful feedback the work provides.
The question
Why might the same INTJ have completely different experiences under two identical job titles?
Meaningful systems problems
Being able to see the overall structure, challenge low-value processes, and have the authority to drive improvements is more important than whether the position sounds "smart."
Autonomy does not mean isolation
An INTJ may value uninterrupted thinking time as well as high-quality practical feedback, which helps keep an internal model connected to users and real implementation conditions.
Two roles may both be called product manager. One may focus mostly on meeting coordination, while another may define long-term architecture, test assumptions, and drive system changes. The day-to-day experience can be very different.
