Do not email passwords, identity documents, medical details, payment information, or other sensitive personal information.
Privacy requests
Use the subject line “Privacy request” and include enough detail for us to locate the relevant record. Because results are not connected to user accounts, the exact result URL is usually needed.
Response times
We review messages as resources allow and aim to respond to actionable support and privacy requests within a reasonable period. Sending repeated copies may delay review.
